Sending an email using OutlookCast

Our OutlookCast feature makes it easy to prepare and send an email through the ClickDimensions email marketing engine. Follow these simple steps:

• Prepare your email in Outlook (or any other email program). Feel free to use ClickDimensions personalization fields in the body or subject line of the email

• Go to the Microsoft CRM marketing list you want to mail to and click the OutlookCast button to see its unique OutlookCast email address

• Send your email to the unique OutlookCast email address

• Wait about a minute to receive a confirmation email telling you that your email is ready to be sent from the ClickDimensions email marketing engine. Click the 'Email Send' link to open the CRM Email Send record that OutlookCast has prepared.

• Inspect the Email Send record, add additional recipients if you want (you can add any mix of Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Marketing Lists) and click Send

• Your email has now been sent to all recipients just like any ClickDimensions email. All tracking results will be linked to the Email Send record
