1. What do you like best about your job?
I really love analyzing data and learning how to tweak my strategy in response to my analytics. It makes my heart happy when I have adjusted a strategy according to what the numbers are telling me and watching the new strategy perform for our sales and brand.
2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?
My biggest challenge in digital marketing is lead attribution. It is often difficult to determine where a lead converted in the marketing funnel; was it the online ad, the drip campaign, the social media ad or somewhere else? ClickDimensions helps me address those challenges because of its robust tracking capabilities. I can see where the recipient clicked on the email via the sent email stats, the lead record email event stats or the heat map. This allows me to make adjustments where needed in order to acquire the most engagement from our target audience.
3. What was your background before landing in your current role?
I was a Marketing Event Coordinator prior to my current position as a Digital Marketing Manager. Events were fun to plan and execute, but my passion is for the analytics. I want to know what makes people open emails, click on ads, engage with our social media channels, etc.
4. If you could have a superpower what would it be?
I would fly. I want to travel the world and that would be much easier if I could fly.
5. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a prosecuting attorney and get the bad guys/gals off the streets!
