1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
The ability to work with so many people who are passionate about the work they do here at ClickDimensions. We have just under 200 employees, but with how hard everyone works daily, it feels like we are 2,000 people strong.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
We care! We are here to be trusted advisors to our customers to ensure they achieve their business objectives with marketing technology. We are excited about the new proactive engagement models we are rolling out to better serve our customers across all parts of our organization. We are committed to your success in using our solution. Work with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to maximize your ROI in using ClickDimensions.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
Everything is new here in customer success at ClickDimensions. We have a new CSM team in Cork, Ireland to better serve our European customer base and will soon be introducing our customers to our new way of engaging our customers proactively as well. As part of this new initiative to help our customers, we will advise on new products and services proactively to help them best utilize ClickDimensions in their marketing strategies. It’s a great time to be a ClickDimensions customer!
4. If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose? And why?
Martin Luther King Jr. His efforts and sacrifices have led me to be who I am today.
5. What is your favorite way to spend your free time?
Spending time with my two daughters and tons of soccer – playing and watching!
