1. What do you like best about your job?

What I really love about my job is that I never stop learning. The internet is always changing, and so is digital marketing. What is truly fascinating to me nowadays is the possibility to combine technology, analytics and marketing in one powerful tool. Not only do I expand upon the digital skills I already have, but as digital trends change, my job changes as well. I am very excited to have the opportunity to continue learning throughout my career and doing something different every day!

2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?

Time is the biggest challenge and having enough of it to manage all the projects that are going on simultaneously. For my day-to-day work I value ClickDimensions campaign automation, A/B testing and analytics functionality. These features save so much time on manual tasks and empower me with the ability to create a behavior-based customer journey and improve engagement with our content.

3. What was your background before landing in your current role?

I have a bachelor’s degree in economics and a post-graduate degree in database strategic marketing. I started as a Marketing and Database Analyst in a Toronto-based high-end furniture company where I led email campaign planning and execution. My passion for digital marketing and technology led me to my current company, which I joined as a Marketing Analyst and was promoted to Digital Marketing Supervisor.

4. If all your clothes had to be one color forever, what color would you pick? And why?

I would choose blue. I associate it with the blue sky, spring, the ocean and fresh air. It makes me feel happier. Blue also represents the meanings of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith and intelligence. I deeply value these qualities in people and I trust that these qualities reflect my personality as well.

5. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve been given was from my grandmother who was an incredibly wise and smart person. She told me that the secret of her success rested in doing something good for people without expecting anything in return. The great thing is that it does not have to be something big. Even small acts of kindness can make a difference. Unexpected acts of kindness have benefits for receivers as well as givers. Helping others makes us happier.
