Senior Manager of Product Consulting, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
It’s impossible to choose just one thing I love about my job. I have really enjoyed being able to create services we can offer clients and see them evolve. I love the team that I have the privilege of leading, and it’s very rewarding to see the hard work they put into providing training and solutions to our customers. I feel really lucky that I’m in a role that creates positive customer interactions with our team and our product, and it’s always nice to hear from customers about how much they enjoy working with my team.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
Engage with us. We have so many resources to help make customers successful and it’s always rewarding to see they are being used. Since my team contributes content to this blog, I always want to make sure customers know about using it as a resource, but there’s also our knowledge base. And my team enjoys working with customers to learn how they use our product and advise them on how to be even more successful, so I would also recommend booking a product consulting hour to meet with them. We are always happy to review your current set up and make recommendations or introduce you to features you may not be using.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
I’m incredibly excited about our new managed services offering that we are currently piloting with a few customers. This service allows us to implement content and monitor campaign success to help our customers be more productive and effective, and I can’t wait to roll this out to all customers who would benefit from this type of assistance.
4. If you could be in the movie of your choice, what movie would you choose and what character would you play?
That’s a tough one! Since I love to sing and used to dream of being on Broadway, I’d have to pick a musical. Maria in The Sound of Music would be a great choice.
5. What is your favorite word, and why?
I don’t think I’ve ever been asked this before. I’ll say “book” because I love to read and, according to my mom, it was the first word I ever said.
