Marketing and Social Media Consultant, enCloud9

1. What do you like best about your job?

I like the challenge of each day being different. On any given day, I could be doing anything from working on a blog to posting on social media to communicating with a customer to working on our website to administrative work. I also enjoy learning new skills that will help me do my job better.

2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face, and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?

Reaching all potential leads and current customers, and keeping them up to date with the latest news about Dynamics 365 and enCloud9. Utilizing ClickDimensions for marketing automation makes that easy.

3. What was your background before landing in your current role?

Before starting my career in marketing, I was a teacher for about 25 years. I taught first and second grade, and was a reading specialist. I worked with a variety of students of all academic levels and cultural backgrounds.

4. What sound or smell do you love?

Being Italian, one of my favorite smells is a fresh pot of my homemade spaghetti sauce cooking. I have never been to Italy (it’s a definite bucket list item), but I recently took a trip to New York and visited Little Italy. There were a lot of wonderful smells there. I am also half Norwegian and have been to Norway many times. It’s absolutely beautiful there, and has given me one of my favorite sounds – the ocean lapping up against the rocks. It’s very calming, and one of my happy places for sure!

5. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?

Prior to becoming a teacher, I also considered fashion merchandising and being an interior decorator. I think those would both be interesting professions. Anything working with people really. I love working with people and helping them solve issues.
