Director of Human Resources and Talent, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
I enjoy the opportunity to manage the employee lifecycle and see our Clicksters blossom in their careers. From attracting great candidates to work for our company, to onboarding and introducing each new employee to our culture and values, to helping them successfully perform in their position while rewarding them for their contributions, to assisting Clicksters in taking steps to grow in their career within our company – it’s all very rewarding to be a part of.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
Know that our company values drive every member of our team. Our company values are Humanity, Accountability and Excellence, and we live by these not only within the walls of our offices, but also in all our interactions with our customers. We live the value of Humanity in part by striving to give our employees a work-life balance that makes them happy to perform and give their best efforts for our customers when they are at work. We are Accountable to our customers for meeting their marketing automation needs, and we strive for Excellence in all our interactions with our customers.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
We have built a global human resources team to partner together for growth within our current locations in the US and Israel, but also are expanding within the APAC and EMEA regions in 2018, among others. There are many opportunities right now to join the ClickDimensions team worldwide, which means better and more localized service and support for our customers around the globe.
4. If you could be in the movie of your choice, what movie would you choose and what character would you play?
I have always loved Disney movies and have a renewed love for them now that my own kids enjoy watching them and we take regular trips to Disney World. I would choose to be Belle in Beauty and the Beast, one of my favorite movies of all time, and I especially love the recent live-action version.
5. What book has had a big impact on your life, either professionally or personally?
I am a big fan of Sheryl Sandberg and love her book, Lean In. I am inspired and motivated by other professional women like Sheryl who are leaders in their field, especially when they are able to balance their career and personal life or responsibilities being a mom. I love how this book has been a catalyst for change in working women’s lives, encouraging them to pursue business leadership and development opportunities. There are not nearly enough women in leadership roles, and this book is an encouraging guide for opportunities to change that.
