Onboarding Specialist, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
Working in an environment with individuals who genuinely care about the success of their customers is one thing I love about my role, as is personally helping our customers understand our platform and achieve their goals. Also, as an Onboarding Specialist, I have the opportunity to work with colleagues from various departments, and it allows me to learn something new each day. ClickDimensions is filled with brilliant minds, and it’s such an honor to collaborate with these individuals every day.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
Take advantage of all of ClickDimensions’ capabilities. So many customers tend to stick to what they know – email marketing. Yes, the ClickDimensions platform includes robust email marketing capabilities, but our features go so far beyond that. I’ve seen firsthand how customers have achieved their marketing goals and increased their success by expanding their horizons and using more of our powerful features like campaign automation, social marketing or lead scoring, just to name a few.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
We are now giving customers the opportunity to have a more customized onboarding experience to ensure they’re able to utilize ClickDimensions to meet their business needs. Our new onboarding training packages include options for detailed feature training and customized content created by our product consulting team. This tailored experience will allow customers to better leverage ClickDimensions to achieve their specific marketing goals.
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Being obsessed with all things X-Men, I would lean more towards powers on the Professor Xavier level. The ability to read minds would always come in handy when working in customer service.
5. If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
Does a person count? My boyfriend would voluntarily accompany me (because what good boyfriend wouldn’t?), along with a knife and seasoning for all the fish I’ll be consuming.
