Product Consulting Team Lead, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
Light bulb moments. I love helping customers and new team members fully understand how ClickDimensions can enhance a particular process. Not only that, but I still feel like I learn something new every day at my job, and I enjoy being able to share that knowledge among our users.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Our goal here at ClickDimensions is to make things quicker and easier for you. If you feel stuck or something seems very complicated, don’t get frustrated – consult an expert. You can schedule an appointment with a product consultant to review how to best implement a particular strategy or campaign with ClickDimensions. Our product consultants can also train you on features you have never used before. Most of the time, these appointments take less than an hour to get you up and running. We focus on the how-tos and whys, so you know exactly what to do for your next campaign.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
Managed execution services! With these services, our customers can leverage the expertise of our Dynamics- and ClickDimensions-certified product consultants to maximize their time and internal resources. This frees up our customers to think about the bigger picture of their marketing efforts and to use ClickDimensions to its fullest capabilities while our team provides services like email marketing, SMS, campaign automation, forms and landing pages, surveys, lead scoring, social media marketing, technical services and reporting. If you’re interested in managed execution services, you can learn more here.
4. If you could pick three famous people to be a part of your entourage, who would you pick?
Tina Fey, Michelle Obama and Ina Garten – I feel like I could learn (and laugh) so much with those three.
5. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Ha! I haven’t thought about this in a while. I wanted to be a figure skater. Tara Lipinski and Michelle Kwan were such inspiring roles models – they worked hard to be the best at what they were passionate about. Four years between Olympics also seemed like a long time, so I wanted to be a veterinarian in the off season.
