We are now able to release new ClickDimensions software updates on a monthly basis, rather than quarterly. This enables us to accelerate innovation, respond faster to feedback from customers and partners, as well as improve the quality and performance of our product. In addition, as a global organization, we now serve customers in more than 60 countries, with deployments in several Azure data centers around the world, and we are expecting to add additional data centers as we continue to grow. Therefore, we are now rolling out our software releases gradually, which means some regions are updated to the latest version before others.
Our cloud application is updated automatically for all customers in a specific region as soon as we deploy a new release to that region’s data center. However, some features require an update of the ClickDimensions solution file in your Dynamics CRM/365 account. Customers can download the latest version manually or opt in for automatic updates.
