New leadership appointments position marketing automation solution provider for increased strategic product development and customer success
ATLANTA (December 7, 2017) – ClickDimensions, the leading marketing automation solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365, today announced two new appointments to the company’s executive leadership team. Tammy Hammond joins ClickDimensions as Senior Vice President, Product and Marketing. Michael Taylor will serve as the company’s Vice President, Global Customer Success and Operations.
Hammond has 25 years of software experience spanning all aspects of product development from market analysis and product strategy to development and product launch. Through roles with PGi, Web.com and other technology industry leaders, she brings strong expertise in software strategy, product management and marketing to ClickDimensions.
Taylor joins ClickDimensions from Zycus, a global SaaS provider of complete procurement performance solutions, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success. He has an extensive background in customer experience, support and success and helped transform client relationships in multiple positions at CareerBuilder and BellSouth/AT&T.
