The second half of 2016 has been a busy one for ClickDimensions Academy, and it has seen tremendous growth in attendance and certifications. Ekaterina Kozlova, Yolva

Christie Basile, ITG

Ekaterina is a CRM consultant at Microsoft partner, Yolva in Russia. She has been working with Dynamics since 2009, focused on sales, marketing and service automation. Prior to this, she worked for five years in the online advertising field, where she took part in three implementation projects before moving to the world of business software. Christie is an Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Investment Technology Group (ITG) in New York. She specializes in digital marketing with expertise in website design and optimization, email marketing, SEO management, and data-driven campaign reporting and analysis.

Gloria D’Amico, TopLine Strategies

Ignacio Dolz, Encamina

Gloria D’Amico is a Sr. Project Manager at TopLine Strategies in Scottsdale, Arizona. TopLine Strategies is a Gold Certified Partner of both Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions. TopLine Strategies delivers the complete integration of sales, marketing and customer service technologies that enable corporate clientele to improve revenue streams and strengthen customer interactions.

D’Amico works with clients from implementation to the completion of projects. She has a background in systems engineering, sales, marketing and project management.

Ignacio studied Multimedia Engineering at the University of Valencia and now works at Encamina S.L. as a marketing assistant and UX designer/developer. He loves learning new technologies and tools for improving businesses with new ways to solve problems.

Chris is the Director of Information Technology and an innovative, solutions-driven IT professional with extensive hands-on experience positioning companies to achieve accelerated growth and competitive advantages through new technology development. He has over 16 years’ worth of experience building collaborative network platforms and tools to reduce costs, optimize client satisfaction and retention, generate sustainable revenue growth, and achieve market dominance. Richard graduated Polytechnic University with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and for the last 14 years has worked for Trinity Church Wall Street’s Information Technology department in various job roles including Application Developer, Manager of Application Support/Development, Manager of Technology Support and recently Enterprise Applications Systems Architect. He has supported various technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft SharePoint, Sage, Autonomy, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions. Finally, Richard has proven programming skills in Microsoft .NET, Classic ASP, C, C++, Java, HTML 5, CSS and VBScript/JavaScript with extensive database skills involving Microsoft SQL Server. Richard has a passion for Basketball and enjoys helping others.

Sugeshni Subroyen, Mint Group of Companies

Yolandi Booyens, Mint Group of Companies

Sugeshni Subroyen brings more than 16 years of experience in marketing and communications to her role as Marketing Manager of the Mint Group of Companies, who’s Head Quarters are in South Africa.

Sugeshni’s primary focus is to continually increase global thought leadership eminence and brand awareness to help drive business results. She has daily oversight of the Groups websites, video channels, social media and thought leadership content and leads the marketing discipline through strategic marketing plans that compliment Mint’s group business strategy.

With over eight years of experience in journalism, public relations, copywriting and digital marketing, Yolandi serves as the PR and Communications specialist for Mint Management Technologies – a Microsoft partnership company.

Yolandi holds a degree in communication science, is Google certified and is currently working towards her honours in Organisational Communication. Yolandi started her writing career as a journalist for Engineering News and, since then, has worked on many marketing projects and initiatives for different organisations and NGOs. She also served as the ghostwriter for The Book on Logistics Software and enjoys building strong relationships with industry publications, working a good story angle for maximum exposure and navigating the digital world of clicks, impressions and conversions to ensure brand exposure and success.

Claire Hobson, Mint Group of Companies

Kristy Chong, Professional Advantage

Claire is a University of Johannesburg Graduate, achieving her Honors degree in Marketing Management in 2014. She majored in strategic brand management and customer relationship management in her honors year which has propelled her in a customer-steered marketing career, gaining experience in the corporate events industry and graphic design spectrum thus far.

She recently joined the Marketing team at Mint Management Technologies. She has filled the role of the marketing assistant, gaining experience in social media and content management as well as graphic design capability. “ClickDimensions is an invaluable partner and solutions tool to the Mint marketing team.”

Kristy has a background in Accounting and IT Management, and has been working with Microsoft Dynamics products for close to 10 years. She started consulting with Professional Advantage in September 2015, with a primary role as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant. She is heavily involved in designing and building integrations using Scribe Software between Microsoft Dynamics software and various other systems.

Gavin is a multi-skilled Microsoft, Scribe, ClickDimensions and CompTIA Certified ICT professional, with over 20 years’ business experience, with good all-round managerial and technical expertise. He is very capable with a proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems/applications, and to provide IT services that will improve the efficiency and performance of a business.

He is extremely passionate about CRM solutions and associated technologies having spent the last 7 years working on various projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce, and more recently specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a CRM Architect for a Microsoft Gold Partner in Customer Relationship Management.

Based in Nottingham, UK, Neil is a CRM Consultant at Ashton Court Group Limited (a UK-based information systems consultancy specialising in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint). Neil works closely with clients to customise and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM with integration with Adxstudio portal, ClickDimensions marketing automation, and Microsoft SharePoint. He has a passion for the implementation of new business systems and tools, clear and honest communications, and delivery of high-quality training and client service.

Ergo has fine-tuned over 23 years’ experience at the coalface of change and innovation to become a world-class IT partner. We exist today to help organisations achieve successful strategic outcomes, solving client problems as if they were our own, whether it’s better margins, improved customer support, or driving new business.

Tom works as a functional consultant at Ifunds in Nieuwegein Netherlands, a company with 20 years of knowledge and experience in the non-profit market.

He started to learn ClickDimensions from a pre-sales perspective and with the certification he has learned it more and more and see the potential for our customers.

Bruce is a Dynamics CRM solutions lead at FlexiGroup. His role is to evangelize the Dynamics CRM & Office 365 platform offerings to the business whilst designing scalable and user friendly solutions. Stanley Yip is an Online Learning Designer at the Association of Independent Schools of NSW. He is passionate about the intersection of education and technology. He’s other focus areas include wellbeing, lifelong learning, instructional design, eLearning, multimedia, games and social media. He uses ClickDimensions to promote, engage and measure the various online learning experiences that can include blended online learning, self-paced modules and webinars.

Cody is a Marketing Operations Analyst in Dallas, Texas. Cody worked with CalyxSoftware for over 11 years, 10 of which he supported the Account Management Department as CRM Administrator. During the time as the CRM Administrator, Cody utilized and gained extensive knowledge within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In Mid-2015, Cody was added to the Marketing team of Calyx, which afforded him the ability to learn the ins and outs of the marketing platform, ClickDimensions, which Calyx uses to manage their customer and prospect marketing. In just the past year, Cody gained enough knowledge and understanding of ClickDimensions to earn his certification. In his spare time, Cody enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to all types of music, and is continuing to pursue BBA in Marketing.

Aashish_kohli Aashish is Regional Manager Presales at Levtech Consulting, a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and 2016 Inner Circle member. With a specialized practice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Levtech Consulting has been providing implementation services to various leading enterprises across Middle East and APAC region.

Aashish excels in providing consulting services in Telecom, Retail, Free zone, BFSI domain specifically from customer experience perspective. He is passionate about his work and enjoys applying his know-how in order to provide cutting edge and creative solution by employing Microsoft technology stack. He has been instrumental in orchestrating solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with ClickDimensions.

He lives in Dubai and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Richard Toulson, Fusion5

Carla Vermaat-Bak, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University

Richard is an experienced CRM Transformational Consultant working for Fusion5 in Auckland New Zealand. He has a passion for working with customers to understand how they can best transform their business through the application of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies such as ClickDimensions.

Richard has managed large scale teams supporting customers in Europe and North America as well as closer to home in Australia and New Zealand.

Richard’s key specialty is his ability to understand business processes, identify business needs and apply technology to improve business performance.

Carla lives in the Netherlands and has been working with Dynamics CRM for the past 6 years. Her role at the Rotterdam School of Management provides her the opportunity to focus on user adoption, data quality, data integration and business intelligence. Koen started 3 years ago using Dynamics NAV, but after witnessing what Dynamics CRM can do, he shifted gears and chose to work as a functional CRM consultant.

His workload consists mainly of SME (and some multinational) clients who want to work with Dynamics CRM.

“Recently we have been receiving several requests concerning the marketing capabilities of Dynamics CRM out of the box and extended by solutions such as ClickDimensions. This drove me to dive deep in to the software and get to know the ins-and outs… and I must admit I was blown away by the deep integration between ClickDimensions and Dynamics CRM. Jenni is the Marketing Coordinator at Kempton Carr Croft – Property Consultants operating throughout London and the Thames Valley. KCC launched Microsoft Dynamics CRM in August 2016 and Jenni was determined to get stuck into ClickDimensions.

She graduated from De Montfort University with a first class degree in Marketing Management in summer 2013. Her passion for digital marketing made learning and using ClickDimensions enjoyable, learning something new every time she read a new blog.

In her spare time Jenni is a keen netballer, recently being promoted in her summer league and enjoys all things homemade and crafty!

Pam Mannell works for CRM Dynamics Limited, a UK based Microsoft Dynamics consultancy. She has many years’ experience of implementing and training in a variety of CRM solutions. Pam now develops and delivers a wide range of standard and customised training courses covering all aspects of Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions. Aurélien is a CRM project manager. His goal is to bring CRM to the next level: know the customer data collected in the solution before providing a personalized and contextual communication in marketing campaigns with Dynamics CRM & ClickDimensions. He built automatic campaigns, based on trigger in the “smart” venue that is connected to Openfield.

Cees Boonstoppel, Centric Advanced Solutions

Vandana Rathore, Nityo 3P Solutions

Cees started working in 1994 at a company that developed its own ERP solution called Bestmate. His function there was functional ERP consultant and project manager. In 2003 that company was taken over by Centric where he continued working as a consultant.

In 2011 he made a switch to CRM consultant at Centric. As a CRM consultant Cees implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 for various customers. “To do this properly I want to develop myself even in products related to Dynamics CRM such as ClickDimensions.”

Vandana is a SharePoint & CRM Consultant at Nityo 3Psolutions, Singapore, a leading Microsoft Gold partner in CRM and ClickDimensions. Vandana has 10 years of experience in SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ClickDimensions, K2 Black pearl, Azure, Office 365 and is proficient in both technical and functional consulting, solution architecture and presales. She has previously worked with Microsoft, as a Partner Consultant handling the MS Gold Partner accounts, providing end to end consulting, solution architecture guidance, governance, implementation, integration, development, upgrade and migration.
