Drag and drop to create web forms that are integrated to your Microsoft CRM

Want to have forms on your web site that your visitors can complete? Want to have that data go directly into CRM? Want to also see what the visitor has done on your site? Want to automate an email back out to the visitor immediately as they hit the send button? ClickDimensions form designer lets you do all this quickly and easily with drag and drop. Here’s how it works.

Step 1 – In Microsoft CRM create a new form record. Here you can specify the ClickDimensions email template to be sent on form completion as well as whether a new CRM Lead or Contact should be created when the form is submitted by someone who is not already in your CRM system

Step 2 – Launch our drag and drop designer and drag the form fields you want onto the form. Easily rearrange them however you want by dragging and dropping.

Step 3 – specify the text (or HTML) to be displayed after the form is submitted

Step 4 – Click the ’embed’ button and copy the iframe code to embed the form in any of your web pages (we also provide the full HTML if you want to get geeky)

That’s it. Your form will render within your web page and will automatically send the confirmation email with each submission.
