Forms and surveys now have actions that can be easily configured to occur each time a visitor submits a form or survey…

The preliminary set of actions includes the ability to:

  • Add the visitor to a marketing list
  • Create a follow up activity for a CRM user
  • Send an internal notification to CRM users and/or teams
  • Create a campaign response record automatically
  • Send the visitor a ClickDimensions email (auto-responder)
