Kathleen Wong is the Marketing Specialist at TGO Consulting, a Microsoft Gold certified business technology software provider based in Toronto, Canada. TGO supports clients across Canada and the United States to streamline leading-edge business management solutions specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, and Corporate Performance Management.
She is a recent graduate of York University completing a Specialized Honors degree in Communication Studies.
Mark is an independent contractor specializing in email marketing, marketing automation, SEO, content writing, website and landing page optimization. Mark worked for one of Click Dimension’s earliest clients and was able to increase leads by more than 300% in the first year. Since then he has become a Click Dimensions evangelist; helping companies from start-ups to Fortune 200 increase conversion rates and grow sales.
Martin Vigeant is a CGI senior consultant who has over 10 years of experience in information technology. He first worked in the field of software development then specialized in customer relationship management and platform rapid application development (RAD).
In recent years, he has worked particularly in the field of business analysis and process reengineering. He has been involved in several projects from business processes analysis to solutions strategic planning.
He has developed extensive expertise in the field of customer relationship management (CRM), needs definition and in implementing solutions. Working as a Solution Architect, Martin is able to define the best available technology to meet customer needs.
Hailing from Texas, Allison Black is the Manager of Partner and Customer Relations at T3 Information Systems in Washington, DC. With several years of experience in not-for-profit development and marketing, she knows the value of a great tool like ClickDimensions. She is in charge of T3’s corporate communications through monthly newsletters, events, social media, web content, and blogs.

Steve began his career in 1993 by providing end-user training in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Soon thereafter, Steve began developing business solutions in Microsoft Access/Office. Major projects included custom software solutions for precast concrete production plants throughout the east coast to increase the efficiency of their estimating/engineering/production departments, a customized invoice entry system for a major women’s health management company, custom insurance solutions for a reinsurance company in Hartford and Chicago, and various solutions for legal, food service, and non-profit organizations.
Steve is a Microsoft Certified Professional in CRM and is developing custom software solutions with his team in Microsoft Access, Office, Microsoft CRM/ClickDimensions, SharePoint, and Visual Studio .NET/SQL Server.
Mark is a 17 year veteran of CRM technologies and has been working specifically with Dynamics CRM for over 6 years. His role at Neudesic (www.neudesic.com) is a Technical Sales Architect who works with new and existing customers to help provide a vision for how a CRM solution can work for their organizations and provides design/guidance as a part of the delivery team. Mark has worked in a variety of industries, however he has had more of a focus within the hospitality and gaming space over the course of the past few years.
Mark is married with two teenagers and enjoys mountain biking in the hills of Orange County, California.
Sylvain Tremblay has been involved in the Dynamics CRM ecosystem since version 1.2. Sylvain is a CRM strategist responsible for presales, system architecture and professional services management at XRM Vision – a Montreal based CRM consultation firm. Jo is a Dynamics Consultant specializing in the implementation and configuration of Dynamics CRM. Jo is currently working for Intergen, the leading Microsoft Partner in New Zealand and Australia. Jo has spent the last two years working with Dynamics CRM and comes from working with one of the leading law firms in New Zealand. Jo has worked with a number of clients ranging from small to large business across many sectors including Government, Legal and Utilities.
Casey Morgan is the marketing content specialist at StorageCraft Technology. U of U graduate and lover of words, his experience lies in construction and writing, but his approach to both is the same: start with a firm foundation, build a quality structure, then throw in some style. If he’s not arguing about comma usage or reading, you'll likely find him and his Labrador hiking, biking, or playing outdoors — he's even known to strum a few chords by the campfire.
