New from ClickDimensions: an Excel report for Posted Forms

Introducing one of our most requested new features – an Excel report for Posted Forms! In our release on Wednesday, January 15th, you'll have a new option for looking at form responses.

Once you've updated your solution after the release on Wednesday, follow these quick instructions to export the report:

Go to Marketing > Posted Forms > and open any Posted Form.

At the top, press Export Report.

It will export a report that looks like this. You'll see a column for Created On, Visitor Type, Visitor Name and every field on your form. You can then sort or filter the table by any column. If necessary, you can also send this report to anyone on your team that needs it.

    Hi Clickdimensions,

    a great feature, but it would be even better, if the columns could be sortet.
    maybe according to the z-order of fields in the form, meaning first field could be the most top left field followed by other fields in this row and then followed by the next row of fields.

    Is there a way to configure this report? For ex. add/remove columns?

      While there isn’t a way to customize this report, you do have access to all the posted form and posted field data for form submissions in your CRM, so you could create your own report customized to suit your needs.
