Minerva is Brand Manager at Altec, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for ISV Software Solutions founded in 1985 based in Orange County, CA. Altec is a leading provider of Integrated Document Management (IDM) solutions to mid-market companies. Its flagship product, doc-link™, is Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) and enables companies to capture, archive, workflow, and route documents to customers, employees, and vendors in any department, with any process, anywhere.

With more than 10 years of experience in experiential marketing and brand development, Minerva is focused on improving customer relationships, lead capture and processing, marketing automation, and brand identity. She has managed the installation and customization of ClickDimensions into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, trained internal users, and found the solution extremely crucial to elevating the company to the next level in efficiency and targeted customer and lead profiling. In her spare time, Minerva runs popular local food blog "Much Ado About Fooding" and enjoys travel, video games, running, and cooking.


Julien Miquel, Javista

Julien Miquel is a Dynamics CRM technical/functional consultant working for JAVISTA (a Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist based in Paris, France), and graduated from a computer science engineering school (Supinfo, Paris). He works with customers to help them succeed in their CRM project, by understanding their business needs, their technical organization architecture and adapt the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to meet their needs. He is also a trainer for administrator and CRM users.

She is working closely with Dynamics CRM partner, Slickdata, to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions for Kiddie Academy's corporate office. Jaber Singh, Oakton

Julia Kim is a solution implementation consultant with Coffee + Dunn, working closely with clients implementing various marketing solutions to help them achieve the benefits of automated end-to-end customer lifecycle management. With expertise in marketing operations, systems implementation, process development and data analysis, as well as creative marketing, she plays a key role in configuring the integrated marketing platform to meet client marketing organizations' specific needs.

Nick Trotta, Hitachi Solutions

Prior to working with Hitachi Solutions, Nick gained experience with CRM as a business analyst and system administrator of CRM for a large engineering firm.  There, CRM was deployed to multiple internal service desks resulting in over 900 users across five continents.  Since moving into a consulting role with Hitachi Solutions, Nick has worked on CRM implementations for insurance companies, retailers, financial investment firms, and an international shipping port.  Recently implementing CRM to a marketing team for a national retailer provided him with the opportunities of not only gaining experience and a certification with ClickDimensions, but also allowed him to put to use his degree in advertising and marketing.  Nick looks forward to expanding on his use of CRM for marketing and ClickDimensions as Hitachi Solutions continues to build upon its presence in the marketing field.

Steven De Blick works as a CRM Application Consultant for Cegeka (Belgium – ClickDimensions Silver Partner). He has 6 years of experience in consulting, implementing, training and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The past 3 years have been heavily focused on a combination of digital marketing and MS CRM. Besides CRM, he has a passion for web development and graphic design.
