Léopoldine Brand, IS Decisions


Léopoldine is a Client Relationship Manager at IS Decisions, a Microsoft Silver Partner founded in 2000 and based in Biarritz, France. IS Decisions is a Software Vendor specializing in Infrastructure and Security Management solutions for Microsoft Windows. Léopoldine is currently managing an in-house CRM migration and implementation project, installing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and ClickDimensions to suit the company’s needs.

“To better answer our marketing needs we decided to add ClickDimensions to our brand new CRM implementation. For the moment it’s still in our test environment but we’re installing in production soon and I’m really looking forward to start using all the new tools, both the CRM workflows and plugins we’ve built, and all the ClickDimensions features. casey Casey joins Endeavour Solutions as a CRM consultant with more than 12 years of experience working in the IT industry. After studying at St. Mary’s University, Casey went on to obtain a diploma in Computer Programming at the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology. He worked as a Systems Analyst for 10 years after starting out in a support role where he troubleshot complicated scenarios and answered complex questions. After mastering software support, Casey began working as a Technical Sales analyst for 5 years to learn more about the business side of operations for CRM applications. In his spare time Casey practices the art of jujitsu and plays hockey.

He’s got over 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, 2011, and 2013. He enjoys working at the intersection of end-users and technology, showing how “high-tech” can still be “high-touch”. Additional interests include pets, professional cooking (Andrew is an adjunct Chef-Instructor at Midwest Culinary Institute and moonlights in Cincinnati’s #1 restaurant), travel, and SCUBA diving. He’s been with Upic since 2014.
