We had a busy last quarter of 2013 and added a number of new pros to our list of ClickDimensions Certified Professionals. Below are photos and bios of some of them.

Jessica Berry, Infinity Info, USA
Jessica Berry is a current undergraduate student at Princeton University, majoring in psychology with a certificate in dance. Jessica is originally from Fort Mill, SC and will be graduating in the Class of 2015. Jessica had no direct experience working with CRM prior to the ClickDimensions training. She was interested in becoming certified to learn more about CRM and ClickDimensions with regards to marketing, as it’s a field she is considering working in after graduation.
Alexandra Hyde, Agile Spider, UK
Alexandra has worked for Agile Spider after graduating from Salford University in May 2013. Her role is to assist in putting together marketing campaigns using ClickDimensions, as well as other marketing initiatives. Agile Spider are a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner, as well as Sage and InaPlex designs, which is used to integrate data with the CRM Systems.
Alex Aschenbrenner, Avtex, USA
I work at Avtex as CRM Business Analyst. A focus at Avtex is Optimizing the Customer Experience and ClickDimensions fits great into that Philosophy. I have been working at Avtex form 1 ½ years. Before my time at Avtex I attended the University of Minnesota- Duluth and received a Bachelors in Management Information Systems. While in school I spent 2 summers in the marketing department of Kwik Trip as an Intern. While in College I spent 2 years as the Program Director for the Better Neighbors Initiative and worked 3 years at the IT HelpDesk.
Coen van Lierop, CRM Resultants, Netherlands
Coen works as a Functional CRM Consultant at CRM Resultants (Microsoft Gold Partner), located in Hilversum in the Netherlands and has 7 years of experience with implementing Dynamics CRM. The markets he is active in are mainly knowledge centers, education and homecare. In these markets he supports several organizations in adopting and optimizing the use of ClickDimensions. He is particularly enthusiastic about the ease of installation and configuration of ClickDimensions, the speed of processing e-mail campaigns and nurture programs.

Sofie Destoop, Admiral Dynamics, Belgium
Sofie Destoop is a CRM Application Consultant at Admiral Dynamics, a Belgian Microsoft Partner offering long-term CRM and Marketing solutions and support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, translating their success with a growing number of satisfied customers in different sectors.
Sofie has an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM systems, Relational Database Management and Direct Marketing. She guides Admiral Dynamics’s clients through the phases of CRM implementation projects, and provides her customer base with ongoing support in the form of coaching and guidance.
Sofie provided a high contribution in setting up the Click Dimensions solution for internal use at Admiral Dynamics, while in parallel driving her journey obtaining the Click Dimensions Certification. Alana has 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, analysis and web development. She is Google IQ Certified and an active member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. She has a degree in Communication Technology from the University of Texas.
June Chilkotowsky, Beringer Associates, USA
June Chilkotowsky has held various roles in the IT industry over the past 18 years. For the past three years she has been employed at Beringer Associates, and is currently a part of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM support and implementation team.
Aaron Le, A Hundred Answers, Canada
Aaron is a Consultant with Microsoft Silver Partner, A Hundred Answers Inc. based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. A Hundred Answers (AHA) is a fast growing, employee-based management consulting and systems integration firm. Justin Rossello, Protech Associates, USA
Since joining Protech’s team, Justin has worked closely with several departments within Protech to carefully analyze our clients’ business practices and determine how Protech Cloud Business Solutions can be configured and manipulated to deliver the greatest value to our customers. Nick Doelman, BDO Canada, Canada
Nick Doelman is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist and has recently joined BDO Canada LLP after running his own firm for 7 years. Over the last decade, Nick’s primary focus has been promoting, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 1.0, working on projects in Canada, the United States, Bermuda and the Caribbean. Nick has been involved in deployments for clients from many different sectors, including high technology, government, distribution, wealth management, reinsurance, telecommunications, professional services, non-profit and associations. I am a Customer Service Manager at IDEAL PLM. IDEAL PLM represents Siemens PLM Software products in Finland and Russia. I have over twenty years of experience in different sales related roles in IT industry. I have been working with different hardware and software companies. Besides of my main responsibilities I am involved with our Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation – first with the sales and now with our marketing organization. At the beginning we have used ClickDimension for email marketing and surveys. ClickDimension has helped as to bring our sales and marketing information to one place.

Writer of both web content and creative fiction, Drew lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, working as a content marketer for inbound marketing agency, DemandLeap. He is interested in social media, email marketing, and blogging; and he likes connecting with others over a mug of hot coffee.
