1. What do you like best about your job?
My role touches on so many aspects of what our organization does so I have the opportunity to learn something new every day. One day I might be creating new content for a social media campaign, another I’m revamping resources on our website or figuring out how to launch an online course. I absolutely love finding creative solutions to our business problems.
2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?
My goal for 2020 was to automate as many of my tedious and time-consuming tasks as possible. Well, this year has thrown us all for a bit of a loop, but by leveraging campaign automations, ClickDimensions forms, and customized workflows, I’ve been able to automate our virtual event registrations and reminders, which has been a huge time saver.
3. What was your background before landing in your current role?
Previously, I produced training videos and live virtual training events for a tech company.
4. If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
The philosophical part of me wants to say, “I’d bring books!” or something else that makes me sound smart and/or witty. However, having transitioned to working from home during the COVID-19 shutdowns, I am realizing how much I need daily interaction with people. I would bring my husband, my daughter and my best friend.
5. Where do you live and what is your favorite thing about living there?
I live in Boise, Idaho and I love it here. Boise has friendly people, a vibrant downtown, a beautiful greenbelt along the river and in under an hour’s drive you can be in the mountains.
