1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

Being new to ClickDimensions, I am so excited to be part of a company that puts innovation and agility at the forefront of everything we do. Coming from a company where I was a co-founder, culminating in an exit where the company was sold for more than $300 million, I have experienced the energy of a fast-moving, agile, midsized technology company and feel this is where I add the most value. Leading the technology charge to deliver world-class, high-value cloud software solutions is what motivates me. Additionally, ClickDimensions’ vision of harnessing marketing “data as a service” in a cloud delivery model is completely aligned with my passion and experience. Not to mention, I love to have fun where I work, and ClickDimensions totally fits that bill.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Technology solutions are changing at a rapid pace, which means the opportunity for impact on businesses is greater than ever before. I encourage our clients to ask “what if” in leveraging these new innovative cloud-based solutions. While understanding the importance of balancing risk and opportunity so as to move at the right pace in a world of new technology, I challenge you to embrace change by taking advantage of cloud software capabilities available through proven partners like ClickDimensions. Let us be the trusted partner that you can rely on to take you to that next level; it could be the best business-led technology decision you ever make.

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

We will soon be launching our Intelligent Dashboards solution. With data being the new currency, offering marketing data insights will be such an advantage for our customers. Our Intelligent Dashboard offering will bring key insights to our customers as they look to move faster with a higher level of confidence than ever before. Marketing data-as-a-service is exactly what our customers have been asking for and ClickDimensions will offer this capability out of the box at a price point and functional richness unlike anyone else.

4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

I would have to say the ability to time travel. Although it might not be a typical superpower, it sure would make life much easier and manageable at times. As the father of five who has raced to and from various events and one who has had a commute of an hour or more for most of my career, getting to places instantly sure would have saved the time and frustration of sitting in Atlanta traffic.

5. What book has had a big impact on your life, either professionally or personally?

“The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch. Reading this wonderful book taught me to stop and consider what is most important in life and the wisdom you can impart to this world. What knowledge, experience and advice would I leave to my children, grandchildren and those close to me? It makes you consider the experiences and insights acquired throughout life that can applied to others in their pursuit of happiness and fulfillment. Don’t let a lifetime of wins, losses and everything in-between go to waste – share what you have lived and learned.
