Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
As SVP of Advanced Technology, I’m excited to work with all the technology, products and teams here at ClickDimensions. As our offerings continue to grow, I look forward to the architectural and design challenges required to support our feature set and expanding customer base. I also love that ClickDimensions is a diverse and global company. Having joined the company not too long ago after ClickDimensions acquired my former company, Eletype, I have already enjoyed meeting new people in different parts of the world. We have a fantastic culture here.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
The rapid shift to a remote-first business culture is having a profound and lasting impact on how we build and optimize our sales and marketing operations. In 2021, collaboration will mean more than merely replacing in-person meetings with Zoom calls. Moving forward, businesses will have to rethink how employees work within their teams and with customers. So, what advice do I have? Frankly, I’m not sure I know the answer yet. We are in uncharted territory and the guidebook hasn’t been written. One thing I can tell you; however, is that we are going to figure it out. I believe our company will be at the forefront of innovation in this space. If success in 2020 meant adapting to this new normal, then I predict success in 2021 will be about innovating.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
Intelligent Dashboards look amazing. I am really impressed with ClickDimensions technology. I’m also excited about integrating the Eletype messaging framework within Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Teams and leveraging that in the future for ClickDimensions product development.
4. If you could speak a language that you don’t already speak, what would it be and why?
Well, growing up I took four years of Latin, which is simultaneously one of the most enriching and least applicable languages one could devote to study. I’m now left wishing I was linguistically capable of carrying on a conversation in something more practical like Spanish.
5. What is your favorite movie and why?
Pulp Fiction. Why? It was so unique and so cool. Infinitely rewatchable, hysterically quotable, easily one of my all-time favorites!
