Director of Digital Marketing and Media Relations, Enterprise Minnesota
1. What do you like best about your job?
I enjoy being able to work with very smart and talented colleagues that are passionate about what they do. I also enjoy being able to visit and tour manufacturing facilities across Minnesota. Seeing how things are made never gets old.
2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?
A big challenge has been unifying our customer’s interactions with our digital properties (web, email, social) to the efforts of our sales team. ClickDimensions has helped bridge that gap by bringing important marketing data and touchpoints directly into Dynamics 365 so all team members can engage with it.
3. What was your background before landing in your current role?
Before starting with Enterprise Minnesota, I was Director of Marketing at the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota. In that position, our main focus was on recruiting teams and athletes to participate in leagues and tournaments and improve themselves through sport. In my current role, our efforts are directed towards helping manufacturers improve themselves by streamlining operations and reducing waste in their processes.
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
My superpower would be flight. It would be thrilling to have the same view as from skydiving, but to not be tethered to a parachute.
5. If you had your own late-night talk show, who would you invite as your first guest, and why?
I would invite Charles Bolden, who was the top NASA Administrator from 2009-2017. His resume also includes being an astronaut in the 1980s and a Major General in the US Marine Corps. He would be an extremely interesting interview and would no doubt have many fascinating stories.
